Is SNOObie controlled by Bluetooth or Wi-Fi®?

SNOObie is not Bluetooth- or Wi-Fi®-enabled. Instead, SNOObie connects to the free Happiest Baby App by way of NFC, or near-field communication. (This is the same technology used for contactless payments!) That means you can pair your SNOObie and set routines by simply tapping the back of your phone to SNOObie’s left side. Easy-peasy! We chose NFC over Bluetooth or Wi-Fi® for safety reasons. SNOObie is a portable white noise machine, and we wanted to be extra sure that no Bluetooth or Wi-Fi radiation came too close to your little one! (PS: Babies in SNOO are always shielded from Wi-Fi® radiation thanks to our innovative and safe built-in shield.)
