All babies have some reflux. Most just have a little (just some 'spitting up'), but some have a lot. Of course, if a baby is not burped before being put down, a big wet burp with lots of milk can happen after being placed in any bed.
If your baby vomits more than 5 times a day and more than 30 grams each time, you should consult your doctor about gastro-oesophageal reflux (GER).
