Look on the underside of the mobile rod. You will see a protective disc with a divot in the center where the mobile’s nylon cord originates. Gently pop off the protective disc and unscrew the screw, which will release the cord. Once you release the cord, we do not recommend reassembling the mobile to attach to SNOO.
